We were truly blessed by Husband's parents, as they chose for us to stay at Disney's Yacht Club Resort (keeping with our nautical theme, of course!) WOW! Our room was amazing. The resort was unlike any other I've ever stayed at.
Our room was 3rd floor, center.
The bedding was even nautical.
This "shipwreck" was part of our pool complex. The mast was a slide across the boardwalk to the sand-bottom pool.
We happened to go during monsoon season, which we actually quite enjoyed. The afternoon rain cleared a lot of people out of the parks and cooled things down a lot.
We also had spectacular thunder and lightening displays, which we really do not ever get in the Pacific Northwest.
I highly recommend staying at the Yacht Club or it's sister resort, the Beach Club. The Beach Club just underwent a face-lift, but the Yacht Club is scheduled to get one in 2010.
